ScrumMaster / Agile Coach (f/m)

ScrumMaster / Agile Coach (f/m)

Your challenge:

  • To be an active part in forming our new scrum master / Agile coach community
  • Contributing and improving the agile skills and learning across the department
  • To support new teams, teaching them best practise that will put autonomy, mastery and purpose at their heart of how they work.
  • Coach new teams to move them to high performance
  • Ensure outstanding quality and delivery with a focus on outcomes to the user
  • To facilitate and implement change across all of Blacklane Technology and Product, dealing with senior managers, Product Owners, Managers and other Blacklane departments.

About you:

  • Above all you understand servant leadership and to focus on what the teams need to improve
  • You are an expert in practising Agile you will be responsible for performing the Scrum Master role across teams for multiple products.
  • You have a deep knowledge of agile contributing to and improving our agile skills
  • You will be an outstanding facilitator and communicator, responsible for championing agile processes including scrum and kanban.
  • You encourage self organisation along with continuous improvement in your teams
  • You quickly and efficiently removing impediments allowing your teams to get on with their work.
  • You will also be able to report on the state of projects through agile reports such as burndown.
  • You have knowledge of a wide variety of different methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and other practices.
