(Junior) Fraud Risk & Payments Analyst

Your role:

As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will play a central role in defining risk models that optimise our conversion while meeting our payment risk-management requirements.

Your challenge:

  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical-reasoning abilities
  • Define frameworks and KPIs based on complex data analysis using advanced tools and collaborating with our statistical modelling and machine intelligence experts
  • Use data to develop and implement payment risk-management solutions and monitor stability and efficiency
  • Communicate insights to influence the direction of fraud risk and payment-related decisions
  • Close collaboration with Fraud Prevention Team, Finance, Product Management and cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational processes

About you:

  • Previous experience in Fraud Management and knowledge of payment fraud would be a strong plus
  • Good knowledge of SQL and excellent MS Excel skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex results in verbal, visual and written formats
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView) or programming languages (Python/R/C++/Matlab or similar)
  • Education in a STEM/MINT field is a plus
  • Good grasp of common statistical applications and methods
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus
